    Yes! Using our Guided Content Collector we have made it as easy as possible to give us your content. You will be guided through each web page and section with instructions and suggestions.

  • QWhat does the $85 monthly fee cover?

    The ongoing monthly $85 fee covers web hosting and 1 monthly support ticket.

    Monthly Support Ticket

    Included with your package is one (1) FREE support ticket a month for any update that takes no more than 1 hour. Updates requiring additional time beyond an hour will be billed at our hourly rate using 15 minute increments. Un-used support time does not roll over to the next month.

  • QCan I cancel my hosting subscription at any time?
    A

    Yes, as long as all invoices are up to date with payments, you may cancel a site and no further billing will occur. Any pre-paid annual subscription balance will not be refunded.
